Through follow-up researchers for the game of volleyball at the College of Physical Education and Sports Science - University of Karbala, he found that most of the students suffer from weakness in the power and speed of performance skill beating overwhelming Qatar Volleyball Despite learn this skill properly, so researchers prepare physical exercises - skill that will develop the ability and accuracy of the rapid beating overwhelming Qatari students volleyball skill. The goal of research is to identify the effect of exercise (physical - footwork) in the development of rapid and accurate performance ability skill beating overwhelming Qatari students Volleyball. And knowledge of the impact of preference exercise (physical - skills) for regular exercises in the development of rapid and accurate performance ability skill beating overwhelming Qatari students Volleyball.
The researchers used the experimental method design (two groups of pretest and posttest) as it suits the nature of the problem and achieve the objectives of the research.
