The effect of Plyometric exercise (regressive) on some of the corners of the body to the stage of upgrading and completion of the long jump
Karbala Magazine of Physical Edu. Seiences,
Volume 4, Issue 8, Pages 39-53
This study included five-sections: -
The importance of research and was able to lay the foundations for sound scientific training exercise when choosing Plyometric backlash and its impact on some of the corners of the body according to motor performance to the stage of upgrading . And the completion of the long jump.
Find a problem - the lack of trained researchers and uses Plyometric exercises pummel to improve the body's own angles to upgrade . According to track motor. Either the objectives of the research setting exercises
Plyometric regressive and recognize the impact of these exercises in the corners of the body to improve the stage and the completion of the long jump .
Find impose either - there are statistically significant differences between pre and post tests in the analysis of some of the corners of the body and the completion of the long jump either areas of research included the human sphere group of students from the Faculty of Physical Education / Mustansiriya University and the time domain ( 01/05/2013 - 03/24/2013 ) spatial domain Stadium scouts Stadium Mustansiriya University / Faculty of Physical Education .
The second section was theoretical studies for research and Part III was the research methodology and procedures in the field when the door was the fourth viewing the results and analyzed and discussed .
Either Section V conclusions researchers have come to: -
1 – The Plyometric exercise pummel had a positive impact on some of the corners of the body of the mechanical and achievement as well as aids used in the training curriculum .
1 - emphasis on the use of exercises Plyometric backlash when developing curriculum within the training plan, as well as the use of assistive devices when performing exercises to improve body angles and kinetic paths and thus achieve the feat .
2 - Conducting research and other studies is concerned about such types of exercise and means to other events and both sexes
