Given the difficulty of some of the skills gymnastics, which requires high-speed performance with the rotation of the body and then landing so felt researcher use method and different formats educational method to teach students the skills to reach solutions with a positive impact.
Research aims to identify the impact of mixed method according to different formats at the wheel student learning my skills and human Arabic jump and thus know the influence preference for different formats for the second stage, students at the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Karbala.
Experimental method has been used for suitability to the research problem and after the application of the curriculum and processing of statistical data has been reached to a group of the most important conclusions.
1- The hybrid method and the method used by the teacher may achieved in the technical performance of learning skills under study.
2- The mixed in different formats had a preference to influence the students' learning.
3- The formula used (human wheel then Arabic jump) and the same one semester is the best formulas in student learning.
