			      <abstract>
			        <p>: The research aims to
 1-Identify the values of some biomechanical variables for the progress stage in performing acrobatic background movements on the ground movements mat. 2- Identify the relationship between some of the biomechanical variables values for the progress stage and the high the player weight of Position in the performance of the back acrobatic movements on the ground movements mat. The researcher assumed the followings: - There is a positive correlation between the researched biomechanical variables and the high of the player weight Position in performing back acrobatic movements on the ground movements mat. The researcher used the descriptive method for the suitability nature of the search. The research sample has been chosen in deliberately way. The research sample consisted of ( 5) players who are players of the national youth team of gymnastics, then one of them was excluded due to his injury The researcher chooses lapping longitudinal movement ( 2.5 roll ) on the ground movements mat. It has been split the performance to the two phases progress and flying , and then has the analysis process for movies pictured of four players and extract the kinematic variables by Kenova program. The kinematic variables have been extracted by the special platform foot Scanner program. The variables have been identified for the progress phase which are a corner speed of the feet at the first touch, the round speed of the foot at the first touch, the landing angle, advanced angle, start angle, start speed, the momentum time and momentum power. The special variables for flying stage: the highest flight high and the round speed of the lapping longitudinal and landing distance. Foot Scanner was fixed on 10 meters from the beginning of the diagonal line toward the performance of the movement , while the camera was set at a height of 125 cm and far 5- meter from the advancement side area of the performance. The researcher has used statistical methods for data processing such as ( arithmetic mean, standard deviation , simple correlation factor). Then the researcher presented the results analyzed and discussed scientifically. It reached that there is a high correlation between some of the biomechanical variables values for the progress phase and the high player weight Position in the performance of back acrobatic movements on the ground movements mat. The researcher concluded a set of conclusions and recommended a set of recommendations.</p>

			      <abstract>
			        <p>The study aimed to develop a training program for vocabulary brainstorming and see the impact of that in a wave of sensory motor activity and creative thinking when players football for women, since any brainstorming From the standpoint of researchers expands brain movement towards the transfer of information coming from the sensory nerves to the motor nerves to the implementation and also learn the extent to which is it creative thinking as a result of thinking piece of information and the output coordinated implementation during duty, so researchers used the experimental method as a way to solve the problem and a sample of players football women aged (20-22 years) and applied them brainstorming program which was applied to eight weeks and three units per week time all Unit (20) minute addition was used and the methods and tools, including brainstorming and creative thinking and activity kinesthetic sense of scale, and the results have been addressed and that the researchers to reach several conclusions was the most important
units brainstorming aimed significant effect in the sense of dynamic and creative thinking activity.
The recommendations was the most important:
1:The use of vocabulary brainstorming to assess the situation in the other player sporting events.
2:use the vocabulary brainstorming to assess the situation the player in different stages of training</p>

			      <abstract>
			        <p>Studies are still going to now for the purpose of getting the best methods of training and means to show the best level of performance and achievement did not wheel evolution stopped, but studies are still going to now for the purpose of getting the best methods and techniques and training methods that show the best level in the performance of activities of athletics, and between these tactics training traction, fixed and mobile, and mixed style.
As it is these training methods are the main methods in the field of physical attributes development, especially power, types and needed a rider 110 meter hurdles along the race distance, especially distinctive force quickly, which contributes significantly to impact positively on passing through the checkpoint and the achievement of the rider time,. The problem with research and by observing the researcher and follow-up of many of the players, the effectiveness of 110-meter hurdles and through tests found that there is a weakness in performance skills to move the barrier they have, which increases the time this important step and therefore the total time for completion. I suppose the researcher that the exercises used rubber fixed and mobile tensile and mixed manner a positive impact in improving passing through the checkpoint and achievement effectively 110 meter hurdles for young people time, and that there is a preference among the three methods in its impact on passing through the checkpoint and achievement effectively 110 meter hurdles for young people time. The researcher used the experimental approach to the problem of suitability research and design of the three experimental groups, the research community has been identified and are youth clubs Karbala and the number (21) of the players were excluded (3) players due to injury, became the research sample consisted of 18 players. The sample was split on the three experimental groups and by (6) players per group. It was the application of strength training on the totals for experimental research, each according to the style of their own training (fixed, mobile, Mixed) a period of 8 weeks at the rate of three training modules in the week, and after an appropriate statistical treatments obtained data from the tribal tests and post researcher reached some conclusions that the most important methods three suitable for training in this age group of players 110-meter hurdles, and that the exercise mixed tensile is the best way to improve cross the barrier and the achievement of the effectiveness of 110-meter hurdles time for young people and followed the style of hard screwing and screwing mobile style. The researcher recommended the coaches certainly benefit from the use of mixed-style passing through the checkpoint for the development and achievement of the effectiveness of the 110-meter hurdles time for young people</p>

        Through follow-up researcher for the course of training in lounge gymnastics in the province of Najaf, note that there is a problem lies in the poor performance of this jump in some youngsters, and the reason is due to the emphasis on what have players aspects of physical and how to employ them in the service of duty motor without recourse to the interpretation of scientific movements which mechanical and indicators that are hard on the coaches identify them in the light of the possibilities available Statistics in gymnastics halls .
        So focused research aimed at correcting some of the errors associated with the performance of the front hands jump on the table for junior players jump through:
1) Identifying the most important values variables biomechanic in front hands jump performance jump on the table and a sample model search.

			      <abstract>
			        <p>The study aims to identify the effect of self-chart strategy in learning some motor skills in artistic gymnastics. The researcher has assumed that there are significant differences between pretests. She has used the experimental method and randomly selected the subject of the study from the third stage students/ juniors at Physical Education College / University of Baghdad which is divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group has been subjected to the self-chart strategy in teaching skills while the control group has adopted the method set by the teacher of the material. After conducting the tests and the main experience, data collection and analysis, some conclusions have included that self-chart strategy has achieved positive results in learning and retention skills in question more than the other approach and this is evidently appeared in the results of the posttests between the experimental and control groups.</p>

			        <p>Keywords: educational packages programmed, style competition (collective)
The research aims to:
1. identify the impact of the use of educational packages programmed style competition (collective) to learn and retain some of the basic skills hand reel.
2. Identify the best method of learning to keep the two sets of research. Researchers have adopted the experimental method for suitability and the nature of the research, the research community of the students of the second phase of study at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science at Diyala University for the academic year 2014 - 2015&#039;s (256) students, The research sample consisted of two divisions students who are Division (a) and Division (c) have been selected at random from among the people of school year second&#039;s (5) people, with an average (28-30) called for each division, and this amounted to the research sample (50) student, and the sample exploratory experiments that researchers are working on totaling 10 students were from Division (b) after the researchers ruled out a number of students from the research sample, has homogenization process between the two groups of the research sample to adjust the following chronological age, height and weight variables, It was parity between the two sets of research to learn some basic skills hand reel, and the subject teacher to apply the curriculum of the College has been organizing exercises and replicated on the use of the package of educational programmed style competition (collective) the experimental group The control group used the style of Prince, and that the only difference is the application of the curriculum Teaching is in the application packet educational programmed and learning style in the main section of the two sets of research, was the curriculum took (16) educational unit and by (2) educational units per group per week, and that the educational unit time (90 minutes), and then test to retain after ( 21) days. It was the use of special software used in statistical areas and the system (spss) to extract the data for research. The researchers reached the following conclusion
1. The use of educational packages programmed style competition (collective) was more effective in learning some basic skills Hand Reel compared manner Prince.
2. proven educational package programmed style competition (collective) advantage in retaining the skills of basic hand reel compared manner Prince.</p>

			      <abstract>
			        <p>Included a study of use regular doses of Creatine in terms of enzyme (CPK) and see its effect in development of some physical abilities that especially for senior GR wrestlers .
In order to increase of achieve in training loads , that meets the aspirations of athletes away from the damage of dopes , That cause body damage for the one who takes it .
So the dietary supplements ( Creatine ) be the security alternative that met with great demand among athletes because it’s from natural sources .
The researcher used the experimental method they to appropriateness to solve the problem of search and select of croup unequal design that related with tow testes (posteriori &amp; tribal ) random selection , the sample consisted by search from senior GR wrestlers of diyala province (10) wrestlers , as well as the used of method and tools and devices that are appropriate
And then hold exploratory experience and also make tribal testes , and apply the training curriculum that prepared by the coach .
The researcher don’t intervene in training curriculum only give Creatine to experience search’s sample . then hold the posteriori testing , and then emptied the data and processed it in statistically and display it and discussed .
The researcher found several conclusion :
1-	All of physical testes result was for posteriori testes and the achieved of first experimental group was best , and then the controller group .
2-	The dietary supplement ( Creatine ) was give clear impact for development of especially physical abilities
3-	The increase of activity of enzyme (CPK) in blood that maining increase of the amount of consumption of creatine phosphate compound (CP) in the muscles and then save it in some cases and especially in healing case .
Through the above conclusion , the researcher recommends the following :
1-	Use the creatine in training the events that fall within the non-pneumatie system (alphusvegene &amp; allaktina )
2-	The use of biochemical indicators especially enzyme at gave the dietary supplements because that is real pointer reverse the activity of most of dietary supplements in body muscles
3-	The need to increase knowledge in coaches about the dietary supplements and the method of use it .
4-	Hold a similar study that use another of dietary supplements on another activity of single of group and on different period
5-	Hold the circular check age in case of give dietary supplements to sure from safety of physical devices and liver and kidney .</p>
