AbstractSpecial preparation period play an important and significant role in refining the capabilities of sports and development, as the team builds its results and the game of volleyball and one of the collective games where your setup occupies an important aspect of the other aspects of the preparation of, as through the development of sports functionally and skill associated with the type of activity practitioner. And the fact that the research sample one of the model which is subject to training according to the subjective experience of the coach as the application of some of the training curriculum is not based on scientific grounds. As requiring volleyball skills varied in their training as needs to work at full power and speed, and the desire of the researcher in scientific knowledge they prepared a document on energy systems, which consequently lead to the development of some functional and technical skills capacity according to scientific principles and our belief in the help of our instructors as we reach to achieve the training program scientific objectives for the development of teams and that the way to achieve the best levels of achievement. The aims of study:
1. The use of special exercises to develop some functional capabilities and basic skills of young players the plane of the ball.
2-impact exercise special knowledge in the development of some functional abilities and skills essential for budding players the plane of the ball.
The researcher used the experimental approach to design equivalents groups , select the community Find players junior (Imam Almotaqen club) 24 players were selected the same random totaling 16 players, and divided into two equal groups, were conducted exploratory experience and find a scientific basis The researcher used statistical methods (median, deviation, and Caucasians, Mann-Whitney) The main conclusions are:
1-in the development of the experimental group and the control group in some of the functional capabilities and basic volleyball skills tests.
2-preference evolution of the experimental group in some of the functional capabilities of the basic volleyball skills tests.
3-that use similar exercise performance in terms of motor skills and muscles working path led to the economy in advance of the training.
