Abstract

The study aimed to prepare special exercises according to some biomechanical variables and the foot scan index in the development of the most important physical abilities and performance of the full-length rear-end upright airbag at the junior jumping table, and identifying the effects of special exercises according to some biomechanical variables and the foot scan index in the development of the most important physical abilities and performance of the full-length rear-end upright airbag at the junior jumping table. However, the research hypothesis no statistically significant differences between the pre - and post – test of the effects of special exercises according to some biomechanical variables and the foot scan index in the development of the most important physical abilities and performance of the full-length rear-end upright airbag at the junior jumping table. The sample included players of the Iraqi national team of junior people in the technical gymnastic (6) players. Finally, the researcher concludes that: the positive effects of the special exercises according to some biomechanical variables and the foot scan index in the development of the most important physical abilities and performance of the full-length rear-end upright airbag at the junior jumping table.
