Effect of water-exercises in developing some physical abilities of young football players

AbstractThe researcher use a new training method, which is the application of different payment exercises in the style of plaumetric against the body weight of the two young football players in a water to develop some physical variables related to this activity. The importance of the research is to highlight the importance of using these exercises in a new way to distinguish the different resistors according to the parts of the body and the speed of mobility, in which the values of resistors from the physical exercises Playmtrk used by the two men without the integration of these exercises, For all parts of the body according to its different motor paths according to skill performance (to develop explosive power) and (fast power) and the ability of the junior football players. The researcher prepared training exercises in the water by 24 training units and applied the research on (18) A young football player for the Al-Karh team, which ranged in age from 16 to 15 years, was randomly divided into two groups by 9 and 9. The tests were conducted according to the variables (age, body length, jump test and 60 meters). The tests were determined by jumping from stability and testing a 3 kg medical ball as far as possible and running 60 meters. The waterway has an effect on improving some physical abilities (strength, speed, and instantaneous strength). There has been a positive effect in improving the functioning of the muscles working in their physical and performance abilities.
