AbstractIn order to evaluate youngsters volleyball according to the level of achievement who pray it should be this calendar objectively away from estimates personal than achieve justice in giving grades and due to the presence of several tests technical measure the physical characteristics of the basic skills that integrate content between skill and capacity, physical and included in the installation multiple aspects of the development of synergy, in spite of the multiplicity of tests for elements of fitness for basic skills volleyball, the results not only give grades ore can not give meaning real boss so you must turn those grades of crude grades standard you evaluate the elements of fitness for and basic skills and we can determine the true level of the physical characteristics and the basic ball skills and the development of standards and levels of junior volleyball players in the Middle Euphrates clubs. objective of this research to:
1 - Identify the components of fitness level and the basic skills of junior volleyball players in the Middle Euphrates clubs.
2 - determine the levels of standardized components of physical fitness tests and basic skills to assist in the evaluation of junior volleyball players in the Middle Euphrates clubs in an objective manner.
Researchers used the descriptive style screening for suitability with the nature of the problem research, and identifies the research community with famous first division clubs and excellent in the provinces of the Middle Euphrates (Babylon - Karbala - Najaf - Diwaniya) volleyball class rookies and numbered (168) as a player, has been selected sample way stratified random shares of (120) players. The researchers conducted experiments reconnaissance, and then extract the scientific basis for the tests and used for processing bag statistical data (SPSS) and them (the mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient) and the most important conclusions are that:
1 - the highest percentage achieved by the research sample was at the normative level (good) in preparation tests, agility and strength.
2 - that the highest percentage achieved by the research sample was at the normative level (average) in the speed tests, beating overwhelming.
3 - the lowest rate achieved by the research sample was at the normative level (very weak) in the test batting overwhelming
