The Impact of Endurance Ability Exercises to Develop Effectiveness of Man to Man Defense of Junior Handball Players

AbstractThere are varied skills which have been used to prevent the opposing team's progress and get to the goal and scores in handball, as well as the possibility of a counter-attack after the acquisition of the ball and score goals quick and easy.
However, this application requires a high susceptibility of the players to perform a powerful and quick movements with high endurance, and this is what the handball player needs significantly through the game. Therefore, the researcher try to preparing an endurance ability exercises instrument in order to developing effectiveness of man to man defense of junior handball players.
The current research aims to:
- preparing an endurance ability exercises instrument for the junior handball players.
-Identify the impact of the endurance ability exercises on the man to man defense effectiveness for the junior handball players.
-To identify the difference between the experimental and control groups in developing of man to man defense of junior handball players.
The research population involved (56) junior players in the handball specialist center in Karbala. Thirteen players have been chosen randomly according to players centers as a main subjects for this research, (15) players of them represent the experimental group and also (15) players represent the control group. The researcher have been equalization a number of variables in the experimental and control groups which may impact on the results later.
However the research results showed a positive effect of the endurance ability exercises in developing the effectiveness of man to man defense of junior handball players.
Moreover, the result showed that, there was a major a positive effect for the group which utilized the exercises in developing the effectiveness of man to man defense of junior handball players comparing with the control group which used the routine exercises .
