The effect of early micro- teaching in developing the Serve Receive Accuracy for the students of fourth grade at physical education college

AbstractThe micro- teaching works on Acquisition of students cognitive aspects and skill for being a real teaching contains all the elements ofperfect teaching, so the students should train on that during the study before they start the teaching profession to be able to translate their theoretical knowledge to the practical behavior in a professional way
And since the skill of Serve Receive Accuracy needs to diversity in the requirement of teaching and development process , so the use of early micro- teaching will grants the students participating in a positive way because it give the opportunity to develop teaching competencies, as well as the effect of the growth to their moral ,emotional and intellectual side.
But some of the volleyball teachers do not use methods and techniques give a role to the student in the learning process that combines aspects of the development of psychological and cognitive skills,So students are exposed to a lot of criticism from the low level of performance, which is reflected on the level of their Preparation.
The research aims to identify the effect of early micro- teaching in developing the Serve Receive Accuracy for the students of fourth grade at physical education college –Karbala University which are 32 student. The experimental method was used in a design of two equal group to achieve the goals of the research.
And after viewing the results and its analyzes and discussion was reached the following conclusions: -
-early micro- teaching has an active effect in developing the skill of Serve Receive Accuracy in volleyball to the student
-Micro- teaching helped students to realize the strengths and weaknesses of which have helped them to solve difficult problems thus perfecting the skills necessary attendant.
According to that been recommending the following
-The necessity to include the early micro- teaching in Curriculum preparation to the students of physical education so as to improve their preparation as a successful teachers in the future.
-Give each student the opportunity to prepare a plan for micro- teaching focus on any skill he want to teach after analyzing behavioral components .
