Abstract

Search on administrative descriptive youth forums in Iraq in 2013 has included a five-door search :
Ensure that the first door on the front and the importance of research and also dealt with some important issues that are being search by two emotional intelligence and job performance .
And that the problem lies in that the search functionality for administrative youth forums in Iraq is not at the required level this may be the result of not having a good emotional intelligence , while the aim of the research is to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance among youth forums administrator in Iraq .
The second section included theoretical studies and similar then touched on several topics , including the concept of emotional intelligence and its dimensions and functionality , and the theories that I've ever had and youth forums and supervisors where and functions , and discussed in section III included research methodology and procedures of the field and then use the descriptive manner relations connectivity and included the research community on administrative Forums young people in Iraq involved in handball tournaments and table set up in the province of Najaf in 2013 , the researcher and the research community to test and after the completion of the experiment conducted exploratory experiment on the main research sample .
The fourth section included viewing the results and analyzed and discussed using appropriate statistical methods , and through them reach a researcher at the results , and the moral significance and there was a real correlation between emotional intelligence and job performance .
The Title V included conclusions
The ones that functionality is affected by emotional intelligence and by a large margin and that emotional intelligence plays a big role in the functioning of the administrative youth forums .
The researchers recommended the need for the appointment of Kara specialist to manage the youth organizations of the administrative , technical, and this requires a focus on the choice of efficient elements , and take advantage of the courses refine administrators to improve the level of functionality .
